• Booking details: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), service address, pincode, preferred date/time slot and problem description.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only the payment reference, status and payment method type. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Technical data: basic information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent misuse.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm, schedule and carry out your service booking.
• To contact you about your booking (arrival, rescheduling, support).
• To process payments, cancellations and refunds.
• To maintain records required by law (e.g. tax and accounting).
• To prevent fraud and misuse of our website.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Sharing of Information

• With the technician assigned to your booking: only your name, contact number and service address.
• With Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., our payment gateway, to process payments and refunds.
• With our hosting and database providers, who store data securely on our behalf.
• With government or law enforcement authorities when required by law.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use HTTPS encryption and access controls to protect your information. Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements, after which they are deleted.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected] with your Booking ID. We respond within 7 working days.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only essential browser storage needed for the site to work (for example, remembering your language). We do not use advertising cookies.
