1. About Us

www.jobhubnear.com ("JobHub", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Mohd Irtaza, a sole proprietor, at Near Jama Masjid, Mohalla Peerzadgan, Rampur Maniharan Dehat, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 247451, India. By making a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Our Services

We provide doorstep home repair and maintenance visits (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, AC, painting estimates and home appliances) within Saharanpur district (Saharanpur, Rampur Maniharan, Deoband, Nakur, Gangoh, Behat). A booking covers a technician visit at your address in the chosen time slot, inspection of the problem, diagnosis and a quotation for any further work.

3. Prices & Payment

• The visit fee for each service is shown on the booking page before you pay and includes 18% GST.
• The visit fee is paid online at the time of booking through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your card or bank details.
• Any repair work, spare parts or materials beyond the inspection are quoted to you on-site and carried out only with your consent. These are billed separately.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a Booking ID on screen.
• You must provide a correct name, mobile number and complete address. We may contact you on this number about your booking.
• You can check the status of your booking or cancel it at any time on the Track Booking page using your Booking ID and mobile number.
• Please ensure someone is available at the address during the selected slot and that the technician has safe access to the work area.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short, you get a 100% refund if you cancel before the technician starts work, or if we are unable to serve your booking.

6. Customer Conduct

You agree not to make fake bookings, misuse the website, or behave abusively towards our technicians or staff. We may refuse or cancel a booking (with a full refund) where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the work environment is unsafe.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, or for damage caused by faulty parts or materials supplied by the customer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
