1. Nature of Service
All our services are delivered in person by a technician at the address you provide when booking. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no courier or shipping charges apply.
2. Service Delivery Timeline
- Your booking is confirmed instantly after successful payment, and you receive a Booking ID.
- You can book for today or up to 7 days ahead, in 2-hour slots between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- The technician arrives within the 2-hour slot you selected.
- If we cannot serve your slot, we will contact you to reschedule or give you a 100% refund.
3. Service Area
We currently serve Saharanpur district (Saharanpur, Rampur Maniharan, Deoband, Nakur, Gangoh, Behat), Uttar Pradesh.
4. Booking Status
Track the status of your service (Confirmed → Technician Assigned → In Progress → Completed) on the Track Booking page.
